How long is the product safe to consume after opening?
The expiry date indicates how long the product can be safely consumed if stored under proper conditions. Please keep the product in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, humidity, and high temperatures to maintain its quality until the indicated date. -

Q2
Is it okay to store the product in the freezer?
For dried seafood snacks, freezing is allowed in the shelf before expiry date. However, like most foods, repeated freezing and thawing may alter the qualities such as taste and texture. (Note: Do not store the product in a kimchi refrigerator.) For fried products, refrigeration—not freezing—is recommended. -

Q5
There’s a smell coming from the filefish snack—is there something wrong with the product?
The main ingredient of filefish snacks is fish (mixed species). The smell you may notice is a result of the seasoning process and is typical of the fish used—there is no issue with the product. All production processes, from manufacturing to processing, are carried out hygienically, and products are distributed only after passing tests by certified inspection agencies. So it is safe to eat. -

Is there a way to make leftover soggy fried snacks crispy again?
Q7
Is there a way to make leftover soggy fried snacks crispy again?
Fried products are very sensitive to moisture. If the product has become soggy, it's likely due to moisture penetrating the coating. In this case, reheating in an air fryer (3 minutes if preheated, or 5 minutes if not preheated) can help restore the crispiness.
